Inflexion Foundation significantly supports youth development and education through substantial financial contributions and active engagement with partner charities.

The Inflexion Foundation made a donation of £1.7 million in 2022, which supported 22 charities [1]Pro. In March 2022, the Foundation provided an extraordinary donation of £500,000 to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukraine Appeal, channeled through the British Red Cross, to address the crisis in Ukraine [1]Pro. This donation was confirmed by Mike Adamson, Chief Executive of the British Red Cross, who stated, "Donations to the DEC appeal help us to reach displaced people in Ukraine, and those crossing into neighbouring countries, with food, water, medicine, and other essentials. We are hugely grateful for this donation from the Inflexion Foundation" [1]Pro. Additionally, the Inflexion team launched its own appeal, raising £63,000 for the same cause [1]Pro.

The Inflexion Foundation also provided a £1.5 million donation to the Roundhouse, which enabled the commencement of construction for Roundhouse Works, a new creative centre scheduled to open in early 2023 [2]Pro. This new facility will house the Inflexion Workspace, a dedicated co-working area for young freelancers and entrepreneurs [2]Pro. Furthermore, for the third consecutive year, a group of Inflexion colleagues participated in a 36-mile walk over 24 hours, known as "Round the Houses," raising £150,000 in 2022 for the Roundhouse [2]Pro. In 2022, Inflexion announced a grant commitment of £500,000 per annum for three years to Impetus, aimed at supporting its charitable objectives and directly assisting three of Impetus's charity partners: City Gateway, The Access Project, and West London Zone [3]Pro. Harriet Gugenheim, Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Impetus, confirmed the positive impact, stating, "Through the funding and pro bono work that Inflexion gives us, we can support the most promising charities that are helping young people in the UK to succeed" [3]Pro. For the sixth consecutive year, Inflexion was the largest fundraiser for Impetus's annual triathlon in 2022, with 46 team members from Inflexion and its portfolio companies raising £150,000 [3]Pro. Over the past six years, Inflexion has raised a total of £1.2 million for Impetus through this event [3]Pro.
